Hu Wanqing , a native of Weining , Guizhou Province , was a politician of the Qing Dynasty and was born with Jinshi .
In the first year of Jiaqing (1796), Bingchenke Jinshi, one hundred one of the three first graders, served as the principal of the post-graduate examination department .
